Key Responsibilities

• Digitise records and manage digital batches

• Help clients access digital services

Compliance and Monitoring

• Ensure all activities follow policy and procedures

Coordination and Reporting

Main Duties

Successful candidates will:

• Maintain interest calculation spreadsheets
• Ensure accurate calculations on outstanding debts
• Trace public servants who signed Acknowledgement of Debt (AOD) agreements
• Follow up with debtors who are not making required payments
• Compile and process AOD documentation
• Prepare handover lists for debt collectors
• Compile monthly payment reports
• Track payments and update records
• Perform additional administrative tasks related to debt management
