- Office of the Family Advocate – Cape Town (Ref No: 26/2026/FA/WC) – 2 Posts

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer literacy, especially in MS Office
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of document management and filing systems
Key Responsibilities
The Administration Clerk will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties within the department, including:
- Providing general clerical and administrative support
- Assisting with supply chain administration tasks
- Supporting personnel administration activities
- Assisting with basic financial administration functions
- Maintaining records, documents, and filing systems
- Performing other administrative duties as required
