  • Office of the Family Advocate – Cape Town (Ref No: 26/2026/FA/WC) – 2 Posts

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Basic computer literacy, especially in MS Office

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

The Administration Clerk will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties within the department, including:

  • Providing general clerical and administrative support
  • Assisting with supply chain administration tasks
  • Supporting personnel administration activities
  • Assisting with basic financial administration functions
  • Maintaining records, documents, and filing systems
  • Performing other administrative duties as required
