Salary

Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will provide social grant administration and customer-care services at local office level.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing grant customer-care services at the local office.
- Assisting social grant applicants and beneficiaries.
- Screening grant applications.
- Capturing grant applications on the relevant systems.
- Performing beneficiary maintenance functions.
- Administering medical assessment bookings.
- Assisting with the administration of medical assessments.
- Providing off-site grant application services to clients.
- Scanning social grant files.
- Batching and organising grant files.
- Performing general grant administration functions.
- Conducting quality-control checks on grant applications.
- Ensuring that grant applications meet the required administrative standards.
- Ensuring adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act.
