General Duties as Assistant Shop Manager

Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store activities
Manage staff by recruiting, training, and supervising employees, including scheduling shifts and handling performance issues
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues for a positive shopping experience
Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure timely replenishment of products
