Requirements

Applicants must have a Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent. No experience is required.

Special Requirements and Skills

Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, at all levels. Knowledge of business planning, budgeting and functional supporting systems is required.

The post also requires leadership, supervisory and team management skills. Applicants should be able to train subordinates, drive the execution of plans through organisational values, adapt to changing work needs and apply the departmental disciplinary system.

Duties
