Minimum Requirements

Helpdesk Operator Duties
Successful candidates will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls

- Test switchboard consoles regularly
- Ensure proper maintenance of switchboard equipment
- Prepare telephone printouts for calls
- Keep records and statistics of calls
