The Valterra Platinum Mining Learnership is designed for suitably qualified Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) who wish to develop their skills and improve their employment prospects within the mining industry. Successful candidates will participate in structured learnerships and, where applicable, Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programmes that combine classroom-based training with practical workplace experience.
