The Youth Employment Programme combines structured classroom instruction with practical, on-the-job training in a retail environment, allowing participants to develop both theoretical knowledge and hands-on workplace experience.

Upon successfully completing the programme, participants are awarded an NQF Level 2 Occupational Qualification as a Checkout Operator, equipping them with nationally recognized skills for future employment opportunities.
