- Coordinate claims-related correspondence and monitor progress with life offices
- Log all client interactions in the customer management system
- Communicate and implement any updates to client details with the relevant fund managers and life offices
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, liaising with fund managers, life offices, and clients when necessary
- Support the maintenance and strengthening of existing client relationships with the company
- Draft wills for walk-in clients, ensuring they are properly signed, witnessed, and filed with Sanlam Trust, while providing clients with valid copies for safekeeping
