Your Daily Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to do a variety of tasks. These tasks help the store run smoothly and keep customers happy.
Customer Service
- Greet customers and assist them in a friendly way
- Help customers find products quickly
- Answer questions and provide helpful information
- Always be polite and ready to help
Till Operations
- Work at the cash register (till)
- Handle payments accurately
- Avoid mistakes like overcharging or undercharging
- Keep records clean and correct
Store Maintenance
- Keep the shop floor clean and organised
- Make sure products are displayed properly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Take action when something needs to be fixed or cleaned
Teamwork and Responsibility
- Arrive at work on time every day
- Work well with other team members
- Follow company rules and procedures
- Show a positive attitude at all times
Minimum Requirements

- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of retail experience
- Basic computer skills
