The Feltex Health and Safety Management Graduate Traineeship is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee in Health and Safety Management to join its dynamic team. This programme is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their professional skills and gain valuable practical experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will be required to perform the duties below:

• Support the implementation and enforcement of company SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies and procedures
• Assist in promoting and maintaining safe working practices across the workplace
• Monitor workplace compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards
• Carry out preliminary investigations into workplace incidents and accidents
• Help identify potential workplace hazards, risks, and safety concerns
  Provide guidance on SHE requirements related to new projects and operational activities
• Participate in SHE meetings and perform administrative and secretariat-related responsibilities
• Maintain and regularly update SHE notice boards with relevant information and announcements
• Execute daily SHE-related operational functions within the plant environment
• Support the maintenance and compliance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Safety Management System standards
• Update and manage the SHE Management System documentation and records on SharePoint
• Conduct toolbox talks and deliver workplace safety awareness sessions.
• Assist with coordinating and facilitating SHE induction training for employees and new staff members
• Support the planning and coordination of emergency response drills and preparedness activities.
