Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must have:
- Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Computer literacy

- Ability to interpret legislation
Knowledge Required

Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will support the Public Employment Services unit by assisting work-seekers and employers through the Employment Services of South Africa system.
Key duties include:
- Registering work-seekers on ESSA
- Registering work and learning opportunities on ESSA
- Referring work-seekers for employment counselling services
- Providing administrative support for the placement of work-seekers
- Assisting with work and learning opportunity placements
- Performing general administrative duties
- Participating in advocacy sessions when required
