About the COGTA General Worker Vacancy
The successful candidate will provide general support services within the Traditional Leadership Institutional Support environment. This includes cleaning duties, preparing meeting venues, assisting with refreshments during official gatherings, and helping maintain a clean and organised working environment.
This role is important because it supports the daily functioning of the office and helps ensure that meetings, workshops and official engagements run smoothly. Applicants who are reliable, organised and able to work well with people are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for general support duties such as:
- Sweeping, mopping and keeping office areas clean
- Taking out trash and maintaining communal areas
- Cleaning kitchens, restrooms and meeting venues
- Setting up coffee, tea and drink stations
- Providing refreshments during meetings and workshops
- Assisting with requests for office supplies and cleaning materials
- Arranging boardroom layouts before meetings
- Moving furniture where required
- Cleaning venues before and after gatherings, meetings and workshops
