Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing client support within the Department’s Inspection and Enforcement Services unit.
Main duties include:
- Rendering services at the helpdesk as the first point of entry within Registration Services
- Resolving complaints related to IES labour legislation received from clients
- Handling complaints in line with the IES Standard Operating Procedures
- Performing general administrative duties
- Participating in advocacy sessions when required
- Supporting the Department’s service delivery objectives
