What You Will Be Doing in This Role
Warehouse & Inventory Control
Your daily work will involve handling stock carefully and making sure everything is recorded correctly in the system.
Key tasks include:
- Picking, packing, and issuing stock accurately
- Helping with cycle counts to match physical stock with system records
- Processing stock returns and transfers on time
- Managing AppleCare-related stock movements
- Following safety rules and warehouse procedures at all times

AppleCare Administration Support
This role also involves working with AppleCare processes and documentation.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing credit notes and returns to vendor (RTV)

- Making sure all records are correct and followed up properly
Import and Export Warehouse Duties
You will also assist with stock coming in and going out of the warehouse.
This includes:
- Receiving and checking incoming shipments
- Capturing goods received on the system (GRV)
- Managing stock allocation and storage (binning)
- Processing faulty returns and commercial invoices
- Uploading required documentation into systems like GSX
- Ensuring compliance with dangerous goods regulations where needed
Customer and Team Collaboration
