About the Role

As a Cleaner at Tsebo, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness at healthcare sites. You will be responsible for ensuring all areas, including offices, wards, and public spaces, are cleaned to the highest standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and handle cleaning opportunities alongside assigned tasks.
• Complete cleaning duties efficiently and within the designated time.
• Clean and maintain offices, wards, public areas, and other specified spaces.
• Uphold Tsebo’s hygiene and quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and customers through excellent service.

Skills and Competencies Needed

• Personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Friendly demeanor, with the ability to greet clients warmly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high energy levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/11 qualification or relevant cleaning experience.
• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but not required—training is provided for motivated candidates.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment like buffing machines is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
