Totalsports, a TFG brand, seeks a full-time Sales Associate for Boitekong Mall, Rustenburg, to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sportswear sales. This entry-level role is ideal for unemployed youth with Matric, passionate about sports and fitness, aiming to inspire customers.
Job Purpose
The role addresses 45.5% youth unemployment by offering stable retail jobs, supporting Totalsports’ mission to inspire fitness and enhance customer experiences in North West.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, promoting sportswear and fitness products.
- Track sales performance and meet targets, identifying new sales opportunities.
- Replenish stock and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
- Process payments and assist customers with product queries.
- Stay updated on décor and fashion trends to enhance sales.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
