About the Job

KFC Odendaalsrus seeks Part-Time Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service and delicious food. This entry-level role involves cooking, customer service, and order management, ideal for unemployed youth with Matric seeking flexible work in Free State.

Job Purpose

The role addresses 45.5% youth unemployment by offering accessible retail jobs, supporting KFC’s operations, and building skills in customer service, teamwork, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities

Cook KFC products accurately using kitchen equipment.
Manage and package orders, ensuring quality and correctness.
Welcome customers, suggest specials, and process payments (cash, card).
Maintain clean, safe kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Store food and supplies, report low stock or equipment issues.
Assist with counter, phone, and table service.
Follow closing procedures and support team tasks.

Eligibility Criteria
