SANParks is Hiring: General Workers (X37) in Kruger National Park!

South African National Parks (SANParks) is hiring 37 General Workers for the Marula Region of the Kruger National Park! This is your chance to work in a breathtaking natural environment while contributing to the upkeep and cleanliness of one of the world’s most renowned wildlife reserves.

Successful candidates will be based at the following locations within the Kruger National Park:

Orpen
Orpen Gate
Malelane Gate
Skukuza Camp and Day Visitors Area
Satara
Berg en Dal
Lower Sabie
Kruger Gate
Pretoriuskop
Crocodile Bridge
Biyamiti Bush Camp

Requirements

To be eligible for the General Worker positions, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 certificate.
Good physical health to perform manual tasks.
Knowledge of health and safety practices in the workplace.
Ability to listen and understand verbal instructions clearly.
Relevant/general working experience.
Good knowledge of tools, handling, and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Worker at SANParks, you will be responsible for:

Performing semi-skilled tasks, including cleaning within the camps and gates.
Cleaning duties in ablution facilities and surrounding areas.
Maintaining equipment in clean and good working condition.
Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required by Supervisors or Management.
