Key Responsibilities

The role of the Sales Associate involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Go above and beyond to understand customer needs and provide the most suitable solutions.
  • Monitor and track sales performance to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends to promote a wide range of products.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Assist with restocking and maintaining store readiness to ensure an inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
