RMB is searching for individuals who would like to receive theoretical knowledge and practical skills within the Firstjob career path with their learnership. The RMB FirstJob Learnership provides unemployed graduates with the opportunity to gain practical and structured work experience within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Designed as a 12-month programme, it allows participants to engage with real-world projects, take on meaningful responsibilities, and develop skills that are directly relevant to their chosen fields.
