JOB OVERVIEW

is hiring a Receptionist and Administrator to provide professional front-of-house reception support while managing key administrative and coordination duties within a fast-paced distribution and sauce production environment.

This role ensures smooth daily office operations, strong communication flow, accurate record management, and a professional, welcoming reception area for visitors, staff, and suppliers.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the reception area as the first point of contact
  • Answering and directing incoming calls professionally
  • Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in and site access procedures (including safety/PPE compliance)
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing spaces
  • Handling mail, courier services, and deliveries
  • Providing general administrative support across departments
  • Maintaining filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Capturing and updating data on internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Assisting with reports, documents, and presentations
  • Supporting procurement admin (purchase orders, invoices, supplier documents)
  • Managing office supplies and stationery stock
  • Assisting with travel bookings and logistics
  • Supporting meetings, training sessions, and internal events
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety documentation standards (GMP/HACCP support)
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
  • Maintaining a clean and professional reception environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong data capturing and record-keeping skills
  • Switchboard and telephone handling experience
  • Office administration and filing systems knowledge
  • Basic procurement and purchase order administration
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
