As a Store Leader, your role will be to increase sales, control costs, manage risks, and maintain world-class store standards. You will take full responsibility for the store’s performance and ensure customers get the best shopping experience.
What Will You Be Doing?
✔️ Boost Sales & Customer Service – Deliver top-notch service while ensuring the store looks great and promotions are well-executed.
✔️ Stock Control & Loss Prevention – Protect the store from stock loss by following security and cash-handling procedures.
✔️ Cost Management – Keep expenses low by driving efficiency in line with PEP’s low-cost culture.
✔️ Admin & Compliance – Ensure all paperwork and store operations align with company guidelines.
✔️ Team Leadership & Training – Lead a team of Dynamos by coaching, motivating, and guiding them to success.
✔️ Store Safety & Housekeeping – Maintain high health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Who Can Apply?
To be considered for this role, you need:
✅ Grade 12 (Matric) – A must-have qualification.
✅ Tertiary Qualification (Advantageous) – A degree or diploma in business, retail, or a related field is a plus.
✅ Retail Leadership Experience – At least 1-2 years in a retail leadership role.
✅ Computer Skills – Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite is beneficial.
✅ Strong Communication & Leadership Skills – You must be able to plan, lead, organize, and control store operations effectively.
✅ Passion for Retail – A strong desire to provide the best shopping experience for customers.
✅ Resilience & Integrity – Willingness to go the extra mile and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
✅ Flexible Schedule – Must be available to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
