What Will the Registrar’s Clerk Do?
The successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative support within the court environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Performing general clerical and administrative duties within the court.
- Registering and allocating case numbers to pleadings and court documents received.
- Ensuring files have been served on all relevant parties.
- Preparing and drawing up files for litigants and attorneys.
- Updating files with returns of service and proof of service.
- Handling requests for court files.
- Retrieving requested files and making them available to authorised requesters.
