As a Reception Team Leader at Medicross Kembirch, you will be the face of the healthcare center, ensuring that every patient receives the best and safest quality care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a professional and warm service to all customers, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and managing patient scheduling and registration
• Handling charge entries, payment postings, batch balancing, and cash reconciliation
• Overseeing work queues and ensuring efficient processing of all administrative tasks
• Supervising other reception staff to maintain high standards of service

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
• Higher certificate or diploma in Administration at NQF level 5
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist in a healthcare or clinic setting
• Proficiency in SAP ISH
• Strong computer literacy
• Knowledge of medical aid systems and billing procedures
