Managing Warehouse Stock
- Racking production stock in allocated storage locations using scanners

- Updating dry wipe boards when products are added, removed, or transferred
Issuing Products to Departments
- Issuing undecorated goods to the Printing Department
- Issuing products to the Quality Assurance (QA) Department for sorting
- Using requisitions to release products to the relevant departments
Picking and Preparing Orders
- Picking products according to pick slips
- Preparing stock for dispatch
- Ensuring products are ready for customer delivery
Receiving and Recording Products
- Using Goods Received Notes (GRN) to receive sorted products from QA
- Maintaining accurate warehouse records
- Following company procedures when receiving stock
Weekend and Holiday Duties
- Loading products for delivery
- Generating delivery notes when required
- Supporting warehouse operations during weekends and public holidays
Quality and Safety Responsibilities
- Ensuring all manufactured products are sealed properly
- Checking that correct labels are attached to cartons
- Making sure products remain free from contamination
- Identifying and marking products placed on hold
- Following stacking requirements and maintaining safe pallet heights
