About the Motus YES (Youth Employment Service) Learnership 2026
Motus is seeking for candidates who would like to take part in a YES (Youth Employment Service) Learnership programme to help you fulfill your career dreams. The Motus YES (Youth Employment Service) Learnership is on the lookout for enthusiastic, dynamic young individuals who are currently unemployed and possess a strong desire to learn and forge a rewarding career within the automotive sector. This initiative aims to provide invaluable opportunities for personal and professional growth to aspiring youth. Successful candidates will embark on a 12-month fixed-term contract, during which they will be immersed in practical learning experiences across Motus expansive network of over 90 dealerships nationwide.
By participating in the Motus YES Learnership, individuals will have the chance to engage with diverse aspects of the automotive industry, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to various roles and responsibilities. This immersive learning journey is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market. Moreover, as they contribute to the operations of our dealerships, learners will play a significant role in driving innovation and excellence within the automotive sector, ultimately paving the way for a brighter future both for themselves and the industry as a whole.
