About the Motus NQF 4 Learnership

The Motus NQF 4 Learnership Programme gives young people an opportunity to enter the automotive industry while receiving workplace training and practical experience. Learners will be placed in a professional working environment where they can develop job-ready skills, learn from experienced staff and understand how different departments operate.

This programme is ideal for candidates who are serious about starting a career, improving their employability and gaining exposure to one of South Africa’s recognised automotive organisations.

Departments Available

Successful learners may be placed in one of the following departments:

  • Administration
  • Warehouse
  • Operations

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be between 18 and 29 years old
  • Must have Grade 12 / Matric
  • Must not have previously participated in any SETA-funded programme
  • Must not currently be funded by NSFAS
  • Must be available for the full 12-month programme
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the placement area
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn

What Learners Will Gain

Learners selected for the programme will receive:

  • Practical workplace experience in the automotive sector
  • Exposure to industry-relevant skills and knowledge
  • On-the-job training and mentorship
  • A monthly stipend of R4 500
  • Experience in a structured professional environment
