  • Coordinate and schedule disciplinary hearings, incapacity processes, probation reviews, performance discussions, and ill-health enquiries in collaboration with site-based HR teams
  • Manage and update HR tracking systems on a daily basis, including records related to training activities, disciplinary cases, and external labour matters
  • Compile monthly HR reports and contribute to workforce data analysis by supporting people analytics and reporting initiatives
  • Monitor employee leave, absenteeism, probation periods, disciplinary outcomes, and other key workforce indicators to identify trends and support informed decision-making
  • Liaise with external labour institutions, including the Department of Labour, the CCMA, and comparable regulatory bodies across various African regions when required
  • Assist in monitoring labour compliance and audit activities, ensuring that identified issues are addressed promptly and escalated where necessary
  • Maintain compliance registers and tracking tools, including records related to National Minimum Wage implementation dates, collective bargaining agreements, and other regulatory requirements.
