Qualification & Experience

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification at NQF Level 4.
Experience in housekeeping.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The role of the Housekeeper involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

Wear the Hollywoodbets uniform and maintain high personal hygiene standards.
Ensure cleanliness of the branch (inside, outside, and parking areas) before, during, and after business hours.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors; clean walls and remove refuse.
Empty, wash, and sanitize bins and replace liners.
Clean restrooms thoroughly.
Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, TV screens, equipment, and lights before the team arrives.
Maintain a tidy environment during both busy and quiet times.
Use cleaning products responsibly and request new supplies when needed.
Report any damages or broken equipment to the Branch Manager.
Clean air conditioning filters weekly.
Monitor and maintain furniture in the gaming area, requesting replacements or repairs when needed.
