Qualification & Experience
Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
- Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification at NQF Level 4.
- Experience in housekeeping.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The role of the Housekeeper involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:
- Wear the Hollywoodbets uniform and maintain high personal hygiene standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of the branch (inside, outside, and parking areas) before, during, and after business hours.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors; clean walls and remove refuse.
- Empty, wash, and sanitize bins and replace liners.
- Clean restrooms thoroughly.
- Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, TV screens, equipment, and lights before the team arrives.
- Maintain a tidy environment during both busy and quiet times.
- Use cleaning products responsibly and request new supplies when needed.
- Report any damages or broken equipment to the Branch Manager.
- Clean air conditioning filters weekly.
- Monitor and maintain furniture in the gaming area, requesting replacements or repairs when needed.
