Role Overview
As a Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role in expanding Hollywoodbets’ mobile customer base by engaging with clients, promoting betting services, and meeting sales targets. This entry-level role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service and a drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with opening betting accounts and resolving queries.
- Demonstrate mobile betting platforms and guide users through the betting process.
- Promote sign-up bonuses to encourage new account activations.
- Run mobile marketing campaigns and set up promotional displays at events or outlets.
- Ensure compliance with FICA processes by collecting and submitting accurate documentation.
- Track and report daily sales activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage and secure mobile equipment (e.g., devices used for promotions).
- Complete mandatory training, including Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels.
- Travel between branches or stores as needed to support operational requirements.

- Basic understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting types, and Top-Up Voucher (TUV) distribution.
