Key Responsibilities

The role of the Flexi Store Assistant involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

Cash Control:

Perform cash desk duties efficiently and accurately.
Maintain daily cash control and ensure proper banking procedures are followed.
Process manual transactions with precision, maintaining zero cash discrepancies.

Stock Control:

Adhere to daily stock management procedures.
Handle customer orders and perform weekly stock counts.
Keep the storeroom organized and ensure correct shoe pairing.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer support and build strong relationships.
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

Retail Experience: 6 months to 1 year.
Education: Completed Matric/Grade 12.
