  • Process and record all supplier invoices daily using Tsebo Source.
  • Conduct weekly stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene in accordance with Tsebo guidelines.
  • Plan ahead to ensure stock availability and report any shortages promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storerooms, fridges, and freezers, ensuring all items are properly stored and date-labeled.
  • Control and minimize wastage, including managing leftovers effectively.
  • Carry out thorough handovers when required to ensure operational continuity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Safeguard all products and equipment within the storeroom.
  • Address customer feedback by reporting and responding to complaints and compliments where possible.
  • Provide support across other units when needed and carry out reasonable management requests.

General Duties as Storeperson
