Position Overview
Midvaal Local Municipality is inviting applications for five (5) EPWP Data Capturer positions within the Public Safety, Roads and Engineering Services Department. The successful candidates will assist with capturing, maintaining, and updating operational information and records accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and update data accurately on municipal systems
- Maintain and organize records and documentation
- Verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with filing, scanning, and administrative duties
- Generate reports and compile information when required
- Ensure confidentiality and safekeeping of information
- Support departmental administrative operations
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Administrative experience will be advantageous
