Duties and Responsibilities

The successful Administrative Clerk will perform a range of administrative and customer-support duties within the Helpdesk and Complaints environment.

Handle Complaints and Enquiries

Provide Meeting Administration

The Administrative Clerk will assist with meeting management duties, including:

  • Helping to manage diaries for the unit and managers
