Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Receiving and resolving complaints relating to Inspection and Enforcement Services labour legislation
- Handling complaints in accordance with the relevant IES Standard Operating Procedures
- Performing general administrative duties
- Participating in advocacy and public awareness sessions when required
- Assisting clients with relevant labour-related services and enquiries
