Responsible for handling all cash-related tasks, including assisting walk-in customers and managing ATMs. The role requires accurately assessing and understanding cash demands to ensure actions align with client experience standards and established protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
- NQF Level 5.
- 1-2 years of experience in branch banking within client coverage, personal, or private banking environments.
- Familiarity with bank policies and procedures related to frontline support, teller operations, bulk cash handling, and ATM management.
- Knowledge of legal requirements regarding cash handling.
- Understanding of branch operations and the functions of other departments.
