Job Description

Position Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to ensure compliance with all site-specific security requirements while consistently meeting the client’s needs in a professional and efficient manner.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• PSIRA Grade B/C – Registered and accredited.
• Valid driver’s license (PDP) with a minimum of 2-5 years of regular driving experience.
• Firearm Competency for at least two categories (Handgun/Shotgun and Rifle).
• NKP registration.
• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
• No criminal record or pending cases.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Previous leadership experience is an advantage.
• Proven experience in security escorting or armed response.
• Basic investigation skills with the ability to handle incidents.
• SAPS or military experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of OH&S procedures and compliance.
• Medically fit to perform duties.
• Willingness to work shifts, including extended night shifts.
• Reside within Secunda or nearby areas.
