Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

The role of the Sales Assistant involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

Consistently exceed customer expectations through effective selling techniques.
Implement stock loss prevention measures within the store.
Consistently achieve individual sales targets.
Identify opportunities to boost turnover and maximize sales performance.
Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards to drive sales.
Foster an inspiring and motivating store environment.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

At least 6 months of retail experience.
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
Clear criminal record.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Effective communication skills.
Awareness of current fashion trends or outdoor lifestyle (depending on the specific brand).
