Programme Overview
The Sales Learnership equips participants with the skills to excel in sales and marketing within a designated geographical area. Learners will report to the Team Leader: Sales and complete 120 credits over 12 months to qualify for the National Certificate: Marketing (NQF Level 4).

Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40%) and two South African languages (minimum 40%).
- Diploma or Degree in any field (advantageous but not essential).
- Experience: No prior work experience required; must not have completed the same learnership/qualification elsewhere.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Citizenship: South African citizen.
- Employment Status: Must be unemployed at the time of appointment.
