Location: Toyota Boshoku South Africa, Kwa-Zulu Natal (Durban)

Main Purpose of the Job: Toyota Boshoku South Africa (TBSA) is excited to announce our Graduate Development Programme (GDP) for suitably qualified and unemployed graduates.

This 24-month programme offers participants a valuable opportunity to gain practical work experience and benefit from dedicated mentorship within our dynamic environment. We are committed to nurturing the next generation of talent and providing a strong foundation for your career.

Preferred Fields of Study:

We are seeking graduates from the following fields:

Engineering: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Computer or Mechatronic
Accounting or Financial Management
Human Resources: Bachelor of Arts or LLB
Information Technology, Software Development or Computer Sciences

Requirements:

South African Citizen
Must not be part of a GDP or have previously participated in a GDP.
Completed degree qualification in one of the listed fields above.
An average pass mark of 65% or higher (advantageous).
