Job Overview

The successful candidate will manage employee time and attendance records, payroll-related administration, TES (Temporary Employment Services) processing, and ensure compliance with South African labour laws. The role also involves maintaining data accuracy across HR, payroll, financial, and biometric systems.

Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma or Advanced Certificate
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Fluent Business English
  • Knowledge of South African labour legislation
  • Relevant HR/payroll administration experience
  • Code 08 Driver’s License

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee time and attendance records
  • Process payroll input and overtime calculations
  • Handle TES employee records and purchase orders
  • Maintain payroll, HR, and financial system accuracy
  • Monitor biometric and timekeeping systems
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
