About the Shop Assistant / Cashier Role
The main purpose of this role is to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the point of sale (POS). You will process customer purchases accurately, assist with merchandising, maintain housekeeping standards, and promote Clicks promotions and loyalty programmes.
You will also represent the Clicks brand by creating a friendly and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

As a Shop Assistant / Cashier, your daily responsibilities may include:
- Operating the point of sale (POS) system efficiently
- Scanning merchandise accurately
- Processing customer payments

- Registering new ClubCard members

- Helping customers save money through available rewards

Minimum Requirements

Advantageous Requirements

- Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
