About the Role
As a Call Centre Operator, you’ll be at the heart of logistics operations, coordinating transport activities, managing breakdowns, and monitoring journeys. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while delivering exceptional service.

Work Schedule: Shift Rotation (3 Days On / 3 Days Off)
- Day Shift: 06:00 – 18:00
- Night Shift: 18:00 – 06:00
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to logistics and transport operations.
- Coordinate and monitor journey schedules, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Manage and resolve transport-related issues, such as breakdowns or delays.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and provide real-time updates on operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Language Skills: Fluent in English (required); Afrikaans (desired); additional South African official languages (advantageous).
- Availability: Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting.
