About the Alpla Mechatronics Apprenticeship 2026
Alpla is currently searching for candidates who would like to obtain practical work exposure within the Mechatronics department with their apprenticeship. The ALPLA Mechatronics Apprenticeship provides candidates with a structured pathway to develop the technical knowledge, practical skills, and workplace experience required to pursue a career in mechatronics. Through a combination of theoretical learning and hands-on workplace training, apprentices will gain valuable exposure to the principles and applications of mechatronics while preparing for future opportunities in the field. Successful candidates will be based at ALPLA Lanseria and will participate in the apprenticeship programme for a maximum period of 4.5 years, receiving ongoing opportunities to strengthen their technical capabilities and professional development.
Throughout the apprenticeship, successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate and uphold the ALPLA Identity by consistently reflecting the organisation’s values, personality, promise, and guiding principles in their daily conduct. - Hold a minimum N3 qualification in Electrical Engineering
