Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- National Diploma or Degree at NQF Level 6 or 7.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications is important. Previous experience with hospital administration systems such as the SAP Health Information System or a Patient Registration System will be an added advantage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful Administration Clerks will provide support to the Patient Administration Unit at Bronkhorstspruit District Hospital.
Their responsibilities will include:
- Providing general clerical support to the Patient Administration Unit.
- Performing administrative duties within the relevant component.
- Assisting with personnel administration.
- Providing financial administration support.
- Capturing patient and ward information.
- Maintaining accurate electronic records.
- Filing and safeguarding physical documents.
- Collecting and capturing administrative information.
- Supporting the daily administrative operations of the hospital.
- Working with hospital staff to ensure patient information is recorded correctly.
Candidates must be available to work both day and night shifts. Duties may be performed in the Patient Administration Unit, hospital wards or other areas where data-capturing assistance is required.
