About the Grain Grader Learnership
The Learnership Grain Grader position focuses on the grading of grain and the administration linked to incoming and outgoing grain. The learner will receive in-service training and will be expected to complete all relevant grain grading courses.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- Experience in the agriculture sector will be an advantage
- Willingness to complete all relevant grading courses through in-service training
- Computer literacy
- Administration background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail
- Clear criminal record
- Traceable references
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Grading grain according to required procedures and regulations
- Assisting with the sample-taking process
- Handling incoming and outgoing grain administration
- Supporting logistics-related functions
- Performing job-related administrative duties
- Assisting with the handling and resolution of disputes
- Completing all compulsory training courses
