Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support operations within the Powder Factory by performing general operational duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Shrink-wrapping products
- Sorting damaged products
- Loading and handling products
- Cleaning work areas
- Assisting the Production team with operational duties
The successful candidate will help ensure safe, efficient, and effective production processes.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Fluent Business English skills
- Ability to work in extreme conditions
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to pass readiness assessments
Experience within a Powder Department will be advantageous.
