This is an incredible opportunity for young individuals to enter the job market and gain hands-on experience while working in one of South Africa’s most recognized retail brands. The YES Programme offers a 12-month fixed-term contract, giving you valuable exposure to the retail industry. Who Should Apply?

The YES Programme at Foschini is looking for young, energetic individuals who meet the following criteria:

Employment Equity: Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act

Age: Between 18 to 28 years old

Education: Matric (preferred), or at least Grade 10

Contract: Available to work a 12-month fixed-term contract

Employment History: Must not have been employed permanently by a single employer for more than one year

Study: Should not be studying full-time during the year of employment (April 2023 – March 2024)

YES Programme: Must not have participated or been registered on the YES Programme before

Transportation: Applicants should be able to manage their own accommodation and transportation costs, if applicable
